Welcome Girl Friends and Boy Friends to the Girl Friend Shop! We pride ourselves on producing high-quality, stylish Girl Friend themed products and apparel. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions.
Product Selection
To consistently provide a range of quality products, reasonable prices and a great shopping experience, we regularly source new items and manufacturers. To keep our collection fresh, some products may only be available for a limited amount of time. Be sure to visit our site often to see what's new!
Production and Shipping
Orders will be sent to production 24 hours after your purchase. Production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.
Occasionally, order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:
- The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the print providers do not necessarily inform us).
- The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
- The order contains 12 or more items
- The product is produced overseas, and requires longer than average shipping time
Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date (unfortunately, the production time cannot be expedited). The tracking number will automatically be emailed to you once the order has been shipped. If an order consists of multiple shipments, then there will be several tracking numbers associated with it.
If an order is being produced overseas, shipping time ranges from 10 - 20 business days. We notate items that are shipping from outside of the U.S. in their product description.
If your package is confirmed as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your delivery carrier with your tracking number first to investigate.
Currently we do not offer personalization or discounts for bulk orders. All products are produced and priced as shown.
Cancellations
Orders will be sent to production 24 hours after your purchase. If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the print provider, and they are already working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it will not be possible to cancel the order free of charge after 24 hours of purchase. If it has been less than 24 hours since your purchase. Please email info@girlfriend-shop.com with your cancel details.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size/color, your order shipping details were incorrect, or you simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement of the same item if you send photo(s) of your damaged item(s) to info@girlfriend-shop.com within 7 days of product delivery.
Payment Issues
There may be several reasons why a transaction does not go through. However, please note that we are unable to see the specific reason for this – we recommend checking the following list of possible reasons and reaching out to your credit card issuer/bank for further information.
Insufficient funds
Check the funds available in your bank account.
Card is expired
Check the expiry date shown on your credit or debit card.
The withdrawal limit has been exceeded
You may have reached a daily limit for a single vendor that could be set up by your card issuer or bank. Contact your bank for further information, or retry the following day.
Card is blocked
Please try again in 30 minutes. If that doesn’t help, contact your bank or try adding a new card.
A technical error occurred
Please retry the process at a later time. If the issue persists, contact us at info@girlfriend-shop.com.
Bank declined the transaction
Please contact your bank for more information.
